This workshop provides an introduction to the freely available open source LifeGuide and UBhave software, illustrating how you can use it to develop web and phone-based interventions and analyse usage.
After this presentation, participants shall be able to:
- Appraise whether the LifeGuide will be a suitable tool to help them to develop and evaluate their own Internet-based intervention.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of how to use LifeGuide for developing interventions, including tailoring intervention content.
- Describe how LifeGuide can be used to trial an intervention, including automated randomization and follow-up and monitoring of website usage.
